Hannah trained with the renowned and highly acclaimed Alan Herdman, who introduced Pilates to the UK in the 1970s. After working in his studio and around London, Hannah settled in Brighton before expanding her training to include Garuda (a blend of yoga and pilates) and developing her passion for classes that blend movement, meditation and mindfulness.
Yoga & Pilates Fusion Classes
These wonderful classes combine the best of yoga and pilates with aspects of meditation and mindfulness to create the perfect balance for body and mind.
There is no focus on getting the movements "right" or "wrong", but instead the classes create a calm, friendly and uplifting environment in which to experience, rest, strengthen and explore.
Suitable for all levels of experience and backgrounds.

"Hannah's Pilates/Garuda classes are in a word, amazing.
I have been coming to Hannah's classes since she first started teaching here and I look forward to every single session.
The classes are unique as she mixes regular Pilates with garuda. It really is a dream mix. If you have never heard of garuda, your missing out. It encompasses great flowing moves, which seem to stretch and flex parts of my body which I didn't know existed!
Hannah is approachable, thoughtful and accommodating to people's previous injuries/ailments. She tailors moves to suite individuals which I think is a rare thing to find and I know people seem to benefit greatly from her individual attention.
What more can I say? I feel better, more flexible, toned and stress free after walking out of Hannah's classes. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
