About Lucy

Yogi, DJ and events organiser, Lucy 'Elle J' Small has worked in the music industry and practiced yoga since the early 2000's  Discovering yoga in Brazil, Lucy then embarked upon a regular astanga practice in London for seven years before moving to Hove. For the past decade she has practiced vinyasa and dynamic flow, yin-yang, meditation and mindfulness.

Yoga Music Flow - for Adult, for Teens

Lucy's yoga classes are a fusion of all of the above styles, balancing powerful flows with stillness. Priding herself on being thoroughly inclusive, friendly and caring, Lucy gives lots of different options for lots of different bodies.

Adults or teens attending one of Lucy's 'Yoga Music Flow' classes can expect clear, anatomical cues, humour and playfulness with a meticulously compiled playlist to boot.
