Breathwork and Meditation with Becca Kilvington *NEW* starting 6th Nov 2021
When: Saturdays 8:15am-9am
Cost: £8.50 per class or £45 for 6 weeks
These classes are suitable for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. Each class starts with an element of breathwork or micro meditation to bring balance and enhance your mental and physical wellbeing. These are easy to learn, take-away techniques designed by Becca to apply to your daily life as and when you need them. Becca then guides a 20 minute meditation to gently settle, balance and restore. Her guided meditations include visualisations, present moment awareness (mindfulness), chakra and mantra work alongside natural and seasonal cycles. The class finished with a deep relaxation practice.
LOVING LIFE MEDITATION with Jana Krychtalkova
When: Saturdays 11:30am-12:45pm
Cost: £10 per class or 5 weeks for £40
Loving Life Meditation is a guided meditation class to help you reconnect to your own source of peace, wisdom and joy.
The session starts with a focus on the breath, gently relaxing each part of the body until a state of deep relaxation is reached. The next step is an Inner Journey, a guided visualization usually dedicated to a topic such as self-love, letting go of the past, owning your power, forgiveness, trust, healing relationships, abundance and vitality. An innate part of this journey is connecting to Guardian Angels, opening to their messages and their healing. For many, this is a profound experience. The calm healing space is enhanced by the fragrance of essential oils and gentle background music.
SUNDAY MEDITATION with David Crean
When: Sundsays 7-8pm
These guided meditations are specifically designed for those who have experienced trauma or who are living with chronic pain or chronic illness.
These guided meditations cultivate a gentle and compassionate inner voice that can be used as a tool during times of pain or discomfort; when you are experiencing something challenging or when a present-moment experience triggers earlier trauma in your life. The meditations will help you find ways to work with strong emotions as a means of healing the discomfort, shame, fear and reactivity many of us live with.
