Dee is a highly experienced massage therapist, bringing 30 years of expertise to her clients. She has worked with a wide variety of clients over her many years in practice, and feels very lucky to have a career she loves so much.

Dee’s style of massage releases muscular knots and tension, while also loosening and soothing the whole body for total mind and body relaxation. She uses a highly effective combination of techniques, with each massage being personalised for the client, after talking through their needs and preferences. She can offer firm Swedish and deep tissue massage, and myofascial release, right through to relaxation massage and pregnancy massage.

In 2019, Dee continued her bodywork journey by training in holistic therapies and Reflexology. She has seen the many wonderful benefits reflexology brings to her clients, both physically and emotionally. As well as general reflexology treatments, she offers specialist treatments for stress and anxiety, and for non-invasive treatment following surgery.
