A Nourishing Workshop with Alison Potts

Sunday June 1 st , 10.00am – 12.30pm | Tree of Life Studio, Hove

Join meditation and emotional healing guide Alison Potts for a deeply nourishing, experiential workshop offering simple, powerful self-healing tools to enrich your self-care and self-empowerment.

✨ Gentle Havening Touch practices to support emotional regulation

✨ “What if” inquiries that open new perspectives and inner healing

✨ Tools to clear subconscious blocks and restore your sense of self

✨ Uplifting practices to help you reconnect to joy and gratitude
