Yana is professional and highly skilled holistic therapist with more than ten years experience offering a wide range of massage styles that range from therapeutic treatments to support specific health issues through to relaxation massage to help de-stress and unwind.  

Her background is in theatre and she has been practicing various forms of bodywork, dance and meditation throughout her career including teaching yoga and meditation in the UK, France, India and Bulgaria.

Yana is also a Reiki master in Usui and Karuna Reiki healing systems and she has been offering attunements and Reiki Courses since 2004.

Currently Yana specializes in abdominal-sacral massage, digestive health and womens' wellbeing including particular expertise in fertility, pre and post natal care. Along side her massage work she is is a busy Doula and a fertility yoga teacher.

Yana is passionate about her work and deeply believes in the wisdom of the body and its wonderful self healing powers. She is a member of CTHA, fully insured and CRB checked.

She is also qualified in Holistic Massage for Women's Health, a fantastic deeply relaxing treatment  is designed especially for women. The massage is concentrated around the chest and abdominal area and stimulates hormone secretion from the breasts and ovaries and to prevent toxic build up in the lymph and breast tissue.

Abdominal sacral massage can help with digestive health including IBS and bloating both for male and female clients. It can also provide effective support for fertility issues, fibroids, endometriosis, heavy periods and general female reproductive system support.
